Dry mango powder and Carom flavoured gram flour batter fried fish This is a traditional recipe from the village of the fisherfolk (Koliwada).

Chicken  tikka  marinated in mint flavoured marinade and char grill

Dungaree seekh multani  
A lightly smoked Lamb mince kebab made with mint, poppy seeds and almonds
