"Khamba Gani"

That’s a traditional greeting in Rajasthan … so we’d like to say “Khamba Gani” to you at our most ambitious food festival yet – in association with the Government of India Tourist Office and the Rajasthan Tourism Development Board.

The two-month festival celebrates the cuisine of Rajasthan - an ancient Indian princely state and a land of Maharajas. So award winning Chef Kuldeep Singh, in association with our chef director Mohammed Naeem, has created a special new menu that is truly fit for kings.

Chef Kuldeep is one of Rajasthan’s own and trained at the prestigious Rambagh Palace, a palace of the Jaipur Royal Family, before going on to work at a number of prestigious Rajasthani heritage hotels including the famous Lake Palace Hotel in Udaipur.

Now his team shares the secrets of the royal kitchens of Rajasthan where food was raised to the level of an art-form. Recipes from that era were closely guarded and passed only from generation to generation of Rajasthanis.

It’s your opportunity to savour a type of Indian cuisine that you may never have experienced before. But helping you to discover the true taste of India is what Dilli is all about.
