Dilli Events is an upmarket outside catering business (or as they like to say, ?catering with a twist?). Founded in august 2005 by accomplished chef Kuldeep Singh, who has been voted one of the top 10 Indian chefs, he, himself has hand picked the team for this project.
Dilli events is the sister to Dilli restaurant in Altrincham, that is establishing its name in the restaurant sector, with a business aim to provide it?s diner the true experience of Indian food (the real taste of India) and has been nominated recently in the Best Newcomer category by Manchester Food and Drink Festival.
Kuldeep has been in the restaurant business for last five years in London and has given it?s customer fine dining experience in the form of Mela, Chowki, Sohospice and 3 Monkeys. It is this top-end restaurant experience which has bought him to this new outside catering venture.
The business is aimed at discerning consumer and certainly isn?t your cheap-and-cheerful finger buffet affair. Prices are best described as average to above-average with the cheapest option priced at £12.75. The food is modern-style cooking and you can expect everything from Indian canapés to main courses that include game like rabbit, guinea fowl etc.
The team will cater in your own home/office (from 2 people upwards) to an unlimited capacity event in a marquee or hotel. Dilli Events is happy to pay you a visit to discuss both your event and the pricing and will cover every aspect excluding the wine, although they will be able to recommend suitable suppliers.
All the staff manning our events are smartly turned out and take pride in their appearance.
The team is based at Altrincham in Cheshire but can provide outside catering anywhere in the Northwest, Lake District etc.
Dilli also operates a lunchtime delivery service for corporate offices locally and can provide personalised service relieving you of the stress.
Dilli Events can also supply Oriental dishes.
