Testimonials: “The class was excellent and my family loved the food.” Pete Pickard "… a brilliant day … you are a great teacher … lots of useful and interesting information." Chery "… your relaxed but professional manner … has definitely inspired me to get into the kitchen and cook … I have arranged a family meal when I will be putting your training and recipes into practice. I couldn't fault the day in any way. Brilliant." "I picked up so many useful tips - freezing coriander, using fenugreek (the only spice I'd been scared of!), working the onion and oil to achieve the thickening and so on - just fab. I came home buzzing." "It was a most enjoyable experience and I learned so much from your first class chef. I would recommend this course to everyone." "I have been a fan of Indian food for very many years, but your helpful explanations, patience, good humour and skilful instruction brought an entirely new dimension. Quite apart from providing the ability to cook curry dishes without the need for shop bought sauces, the cooking class was great fun and the food, unsurprisingly, delicious." “I was delighted to attend your cooking course last night, and whilst I thought I knew what I was doing, it was soon abundantly clear that I didn’t! Although I feel I have a good basic knowledge of ingredients and how to put them together, the subtle way you showed us how to do things and the resulting finished products were far beyond my expectations. It was also helpful and interesting to learn the different uses of various herbs and spices and to learn a few “tricks of the trade”. If you ever hold a different course I would be delighted to attend and I would highly recommend the evening for anyone who enjoys cooking and proper Indian cuisine. Thank you so much for an enjoyable, informative and entertaining evening, it was just a shame that the 3 ½ hours went by so quickly.” Alastair Barton Dilli, 60 Stamford New Road,
