Introduction
The Dilli pledge is a simple one - to provide discerning diners with vintage Indian cuisine and classic dishes from the subcontinent's lavish gastronomic history.
But it's not only a matter of quality. It's healthy eating too. Dilli follows an ancient 5,000 year-old Eastern lifestyle teaching to show how traditional food ingredients can maintain the body's natural balance, nourish specific parts and even counteract or prevent illness.
The restaurant team - handpicked by entrepreneurial restaurateur Kuldeep Singh, voted among the 'Top Ten Indian Chefs in the UK' - is headed by Chef Director Ravi Bajaj with Head Chef Mohammed Naeem and Manager Pankaj Sharma.
